These shorts are incredible! They run true to size. I ordered size small and medium and the medium were loose and almost saggy. I wasn’t sure about the zipper pockets and how they would lay or if they would stick out but after washing it lays perfectly and go unnoticeable- honestly these are going to be my go to short this summer. I might buy some black ones to even sleep in they are that cozy! The other review complained about the liner but if the short didn’t have one then you could see through it on lighter color fabric- view the 2024 colorways. The liner fabric is wonderful almost like a bathing suit not that weird mesh that’s in some running shorts, and soft making this a great river short even though I purchased this for hiking and camping. I have the green color and the liner is brown if that matters to you.

I would have loved this short, except there is a built-in underwear liner that isn’t mentioned at all in the product details. As a hiking short, I hate having the liner and makes it uncomfortable for backpacking trips. Too expensive of a short to cut it up however. The liner also makes the short fit weird, you can’t place it appropriately on your body how you’d like it to wear; the liner will ride up or sag. If it weren’t for the liner, it seems to be a nice, cute fitting short. Love the zippered pocket & lightweight material.
