Why We Like The NEMO Riff 15 Sleeping Bag
The NEMO Riff 15 Sleeping Bag brings high-end comfort in the alpine to side-sleepers everywhere. The 15-degree sleeping bag is specially designed with an Ultralight Spoon silhouette, which offers more room around our elbows and knees, while still shaving ounces to keep our packs light. Thermo Gill vents help regulate our temperature as we sleep, circulating air so we stay comfortable as we snooze. The waterproof hood and footbox ensure that as condensation builds in our tent we stay dry and warm, and the hydrophobic down resists moisture to stay lofty all night long.

Great night sleep with great features
As a side sleeper this spoon-shaped bag gives plenty of room and allows for flipping side to side. I have this bag in both 30 and 15 degree rating. The 15 degree bag has performed well in temperatures below freezing. Paired with a Nemo Tensor wide sleeping pad it becomes a great sleep system. Keep up the great work Nemo!!!

Solid bag
This bag is very comfortable as a side sleeper and love the extra through that went into it like gills, no catch zips, draft collar, and...wait for it...a pillow sleeve in the hood! Plus, as an endless promise and Nemo's amazing warranty, it's worth spending extra on this!

Hands down best sleeping bag.
The RIFF 15 has been the best bag I’ve ever used. I work at an outdoor store and have tried some Kelty down bags and a Big Agnes 3 in 1. Although those bags have their perks, the RIFF fits all my needs and I have been extremely happy with it. I can proudly say I have converted to Nemoism.

Leg room!
I’ve had the same Kelty mummy bag for 12 years and thought I’d never have to buy another sleeping bag again. I’m a side sleeper and the spoon shape was such an easy sell for me. I love my old bag but the Nemo RIFF is just so roomy I never want to sleep in a regular mummy bag ever again! The venting gills are a realistic feature that I’m happy made it to the final product. 10/10 love this bag!

Couldn’t be happier
Ordered this bag ahead of a Colorado elk hunt last fall and I was super impressed with the weight to warmth ratio and just how comfy this bag is. Since that trip I’ve used this bag for bike packing trips and several backpacking adventures and I continue to love this bag more and more. I’m a side sleeper so the spoon shape of the riff is a really a nice feature. If you who feel trapped inside of a regular mummy bag, give the riff a shot. I can’t recommend this bag enough and plan on using it for many many years to come.

Lightweight, Warm, So Comfortable
Had no idea what I was missing before I spent my first night in this bag. You barely notice it in your bag and it lofts out quite nicely. 10/10 would recommend.

Warm, Roomy, Durable
This bag does everything it says. Packs small, Lofts to a super warm bag. After buying my first Nemo bag years ago I simply won't sleep in another bag besides the "spoon" shape from Nemo. The addition of the gils are a nice option to regulate heat. Nice durable exterior fabric for the nights you cowboy camp under the stars

Revolution in Camping Experiences
With the new Riff Sleeping bag, Nemo made sleeping outdoors better yet again. The spoon shaped bag and 3D foot box make sure you never get entangled in your bag and make for great nights of sleep under the stars. The vents are also a great feature but it's the blanket fold that makes it into the best bag ever. I often talk to people that don't like camping (anymore) because it is uncomfortable. They certainly have not tried any of the Nemo gear yet!

Amazing and light!
The bag was received quickly, and I've had time to use it a couple times. I love the front zippers to help cool me down without unzipping the bag. The bag packs down small and is pretty light. The quality sems excellent, and I am sure it will last 10+ years.

I have a Riff 15 long. Which insulated sleeping pad best fits inside of it?

I'm 5'11 and I don't like when sleeping pads are too short. I like to have more space than usual. Should I take the long size or is the regular one ok? I'm also hesitating cause of the geat regular specs (better compression and weight). Thanks!

I have a men’s Riff bag, will the women’s Disco bag zip together with it?
March 18, 2021
Hi. Do the Riff 15 and the Disco have baffle construction? I have a Disco I bought in 2019 & the down is now very thin in the waist area while the foot box has lots of down - wondering if that has shifted and if Riff will too?

i'm looking for a bag to hike the AT with next year. I will be going southbound, so towards the end of my trip, a 15 degree bag may be needed. i'm wondering if the bag gets wet/soaked, will it still keep you warm ?
