Super comfy
First impressions, they are clouds. Don’t use the size chart to find your size from EU, it’s not correct. I am a true eu 39 or us 8.5. I could have even ordered a 9 for room. The 8.5 fits like a glove. Top is stretchy and breathable. My feet aren’t hot at all. They are a great all day, all-run shoe. They are not a stability shoe, so you may experience an adjustment period if you’re used to something such as the ghosts. Highly recommend purely for comfort not so much performance.

Not as they used to be.
I’ve had the Fresh Foam shoes in the past and loved them. I have very narrow feet and the redesign of this shoe has left them very wide, so I had to return them.

Flexible easy to get on and off
I wear one 14AAA and one 12AAA so this is the best accommodation I’ve found since I’m not a sports star that can get a custom fit

Great Cushioning for Arthritis
These shoes are terrific. The cushioning is the best I've ever seen. They've changed my life. I have arthritic hips so I put these shoes on first thing in the morning and walking around is so much easier. Also I have very narrow feet and New Balance narrow width fits better than the narrow width of any other athletic shoe manufacturer. I couldn't recommend these shoes more highly.

In the market for a new favorite sneaker
Long time 1080 fan (my first pair was v7), these are not the same as the previous versions. I'm not a runner but walk a LOT with an unrepaired torn ACL and the 1080 was recommended for the extra support. They've been fantastic until now... While these have more cushioning, they have less stability which is a problem for the torn ACL. The cushioning makes it feel like your heel sinks with every step. My foot slides out of step causing an over-pronation; that and the increased "squishy" factor has changed my gait. While I could wear the earlier versions all day (12+ hours at WDW) it's 2-3 hours tops for these before my tibialis muscles are sore. The shoe shape itself is also different. Not sure how to describe it, but it has less natural foot shape and more oblong/oval so it puts pressure on different parts of the foot. I used these for 2+ months, thinking it was me and I would adjust even though I've never needed a break in period for the 1080. It's not me, it's the shoe and I wish I could return them. If you're looking at these, expecting the amazing 1080 fit and feel that NB has put out in previous versions, this shoe does not have it.

Working girl
Hands down best pair of shoes I ever bought worth every penny! I work for an orthodontist in a fast paced environment and I'm 54 with pain in my feet, knees, hips and back. I wear an 8 1/2 they fit perfect. These shoes are like walking on clouds or like someone else is doing the walking for you! I will definitely buy another pair in another color. I get alot of compliments on them too. Get a pair you wont be sorry. What are you waiting for GO! Go now they are selling fast!
