You'll stay upright and cruising as you navigate shallow waters and muddy treks with the tetrapod-inspired Astral Men's Tr1 Trek Water Shoe. The Tr1 Trek Water Shoe features a hydrophobic canvas upper that transitions between paddling or mellow hikes, while the TPU overlays provide added defense from rocky outcrops or errant roots. A removable insole allows you to customize your support, and it also features a Polygiene treatment to keep those post-play funks at bay. The EVA midsole attenuates shock for day-long support, and the Top Shank helps reduce foot fatigue. Not to mention, the G.15 outsole has 5mm lugs for traction when you need it most.

I have ran about 30 miles of East TN mountain trails this spring in these shoes and I am very happy. They seem very well built, they hold up to the rugged rocky trails and the muddy wet conditions. Toe box is wide and fits true to size. I would recommend these those to anyone who likes trail running in wet conditions.
