I bought this hat because I wanted something to wear around the cabin that didn't itch like wool. This fits that bill perfectly. It's very warm fleece and does not itch. But don't expect it to look like the photo with the listing. The pattern is arrayed differently on the hat, the colors are lighter, and there is a whole lot of pink in it.
