Perfect riding shirt for those cooler fall days! Love the fit and fabric. I’m 5’4 , 140 lbs and got a medium. Definitely a looser fit but what I was looking for.

I dig this jersey a lot. It's comfortable, flattering, and breathable especially when you're on those brutally hot Front Range, after-work rides. The tiny zip pocket is great for keys, and the cleaning cloth is very handy if you show up with dirty shades. Backcountry provided me with this jersey to review and sent it to me in an XL and in the dark purple. I will say the purple is darker than expected but I don't mind that. My only real complaint is that I wish it fit a bit looser and had more of that flowy fit. Although it's comfortable and I wasn't always pulling and tugging at the fit, I definitely felt slightly more hyper-aware of my body compared to other jerseys from different companies in the same size. I wish it was a tad looser, and a tad looser in the shoulders, and then it would be the perfect jersey.

Fabric is thick and light if that makes sense. Torso is soft and durable it seems. Sleeves are light, see through material. Wonderful for this 100 degree summer heat. For reference, I am 5 feet tall, 145 pounds, more top heavy, 42 inches across chest. Large is quite roomy but no much that it looks bulky and big. I’m afraid a Medium would be too snug for Mtb trails. I am very happy I took a chance. I am extremely satisfied. Given my height, I can see how they would be too short for anyone taller than 5’4”.
