On big wall quests, we pack along the 9.0 Static Rope. The burly width and minimal stretch reduces bounce and increases durability as we haul our lighter load into the vertical world. On rappel, we use it as a tagline to retrieve our 60-meter rope at the bottom.

Now this is more like
Now this is more like it. I tried the 6 m static line it was so stiff and hard to handle I sent the 65m rope back ,and got the 9m .much more like I am comfortable with.I played with the 9m on my climbing wall ,can't wait till I can repel off something really high.😊

Quality, feel are great
For a larger diameter static rope this is great; feels like it will work through gear easily. The quality seems impeccable.

The Perfect static line

Optimistically optimistic!
Purchased this rope to lighten the load on my next bigwall trip. You really feel the weight of a 10mm at the top of a 50M pitch. 9mm is going to be the ticket! Still unused, but I will update the review once I get some granite miles on it!

Lightweight and works with every device!
I just bought this rope to do my SPI course and it was easily the highest quality and most easily deployed rope of all the ones we had. 9mm is the perfect diameter, and the rope barely had any factory kinks. Already teaching rappels off of it for youth, and it’s been amazing!

Good rope
I cut it in half for two 32.5M lengths. Works great for anchor building and short, easy top rope climbs. Runs well through a grid gri, looks great, feels great.

It's a static rope, what more can I say?
No stretch, solid, static. It does the job and is light weight. I use it for a second rope on multi-pitch routes and for hauling our day bags.

Finally a lighter static line than the old 11m that you could only get back in the day. Worth the price compared to what you get else where.
