Runs 1/2 size too small
I usually wear a 7 1/2 so that’s what I bought. They seem tight in the width of the meta tarsal area. I’ve tried to loosen them as I’ve worn them but my feet feel like they are constricted. Size up. Love the color and firmness of the shoe

Sizing not accurate.
Had to return these as they were so narrow compared to the exact same size I have in several other designs of Brooks trainers. Struggled to even get my feet in them.

Spring trail shoes
Spring in CO is unpredictable and these shoes are perfect for the trails.

Nope
Very hard sole when you walk. Not much cushion. Is water proof but I returned them because hurt my feet when I walked in them.

Toe box is too wide.
The shoe didn't 't work for me. The toe box is wide and my foot is not; my foot moved around in the shoe while I was hiking. My ankle was swollen afterwards. Just not a good fit for me.

Not for high insteps
I slow jog daily off road with my dog and needed an excellent pair of waterproof off road sneakers due to chronic achilles tendon issues. I love my Brooks adrenaline road runners so opted for the Brooks Cascadia trail sneakers despite reviews noting they are tight. I have a high instep and the shoes are, in fact, very shallow although I didn’t step out of them. The first time I used these I had pain on the top of my foot under the laces after the jog, not during the jog, and I wear my laces relatively loosely. I waited until the pain was mostly gone before trying them again yesterday, again taking care that the laces were not tight. They did not hurt during the jog but afterwards I am again suffering pain on the top of my instep. On the plus side I did not have any problems with my Achilles tendons. I simply cannot wear these sneakers again and would return them if I could locate any email or receipt of purchase. They are not a cheap mistake either and I still need a pair of waterproof trail sneakers. Do not buy these is you have a high instep.

These shoes are great for Seattle's rainy winter. So far I've taken them on paved trails and they've kept my feet nice and dry, but I can't wait to get them in the mountains. The only challenge I had was that I have a skinny foot and still the top of the shoe and lacing seemed like there wasn't enough room for my foot and I could barely double-tie them.

Very nice but……
I would have kept these but the toe box is too narrow. Shoe has a firm edging near base that has no give, would have rubbed on toe with every step. Otherwise they would have been perfect. Very nice shoes.

The attention to detail is obvious
These shoes are so impressive -- even on just two outings, I can already tell the difference that the fit makes. Thank you for being so responsible in ensuring shoes are well-matched to purpose and body design.

Should be available in D width
I was really keen to try this waterproof option. Was disappointed that the Gortex option didn’t come in the D width so went with the B width. They aren’t wide enough over the top of my foot. I’m trying to persevere with them but they are really uncomfortable 😞
