Shredded the skin off of my feet.
Footbed is very comfortable. Materials and construction is great. I could not get these adjusted properly. I watched YouTube videos. I struggled. I tugged here and there. I tried multiple times over several days. I thought I had them properly adjusted, walked a couple of miles and ended up with multiple wounds on both feet. No shie is worth this much trouble to get a proper fit. Forget it.

my 3rd pair :)
this is my 3rd pair. i love the Z cloud with the toe strap. i use them at the beach, rivers, creeks, walking, etc...

Comfortable and functional
My wife bought these on clearance and I’m blown away by the comfort and fit. I had the old style with the thicker straps and no toe box and they would cause blisters and pinch from time to time. Not with these! I feel like I could walk miles on end in them. Thank you Chacos for making Sandals that are comfortable as well as functional.

Super comfortable sandal
I’ve had these for 2 years now and I absolutely love them. During the summers I pretty much wear them everyday. The Luvseat footbed is amazing, which has helped reduce back pain. I wear them as an everyday spring/summer sandal and for hiking. For hiking they’re excellent, very comfortable with outstanding grip on the trail and over rocks. I purchased the one with a toe loop, which initially was uncomfortable. The strap system would incrementally tighten on my foot (and big toe) as I walked around. It took some time to break in, but eventually the tightening issue reduced and the sandals became more comfortable. Also, it might be just me, but the buckle on my Z/Cloud 2’s never stays’s adjusted and always loosens up as I walk around. I have the same issue with my Paonia clogs. For the price you pay, Chaco should use a better buckle that actually works.

Narrower straps on Z/Cloud 2
I don't have a lot of miles on my new Z/Cloud 2 sandals. I was a little disappointed that the straps are a bit narrower and therefore tend to bite into my feet more than with my previous pair.

Terrible sandles. Regret .my purchase.
The fit was terrible. Adjusting the straps is cumbersome. The toe of the sandal got caught on everything. Hate these sandals.
