So Comfortable!
I absolutely love my Chacos! My feet are shaped strangely as I have had 3 foot surgeries but I can mold these sandals to my feet and they are so comfortable! I will definitely buy more in the future!

Not adjustable, sloppy quality, not well made
I'm disappointed. I was looking forward to these shoes. The straps are incredibly difficult to adjust and I found it took me a long time to adjust the shoes to make them fit me slightly. And when I say 'slightly' I mean they do not fit well and I can't seem to get the shoes to fit comfortably in all strap areas. The shoe is designed fine, but, it clearly was made quickly. There is evidence of the original manufacturing process and it lacks finishing checks like scraping excessive form filled plastic leftover from the original form press of the shoe bottom. I understood I was purchasing a machine-made rubber sole / bottom sandal. What I was hoping to receive was a long enough strap to make this sandal actually adjustable, and, evidence of a quality check by which a worker scraped leftover plastic / silicone from the form press edge of the shoe bottom.

Good fit
I love chacos, and have found that the double (thinner straps) fit better around my feet. They run true to size, but I have found that the shoes don't last as long as previous pairs. I wear these on an everyday basis and they are great for wearing in the water.

Disappointed
I got the cloud sandals and they barely felt any different from my regular ones...and the sandals didn't fit properly, though I've worn Chacos for many years. I compared them with my older ones and the bed was narrower though it was a medium as was the older pair. I sent them to a friennd with the hopes she will find them comfortable. I couldn't wear these.

6 mile trail hike in comfort and style
So comfortable and look great. Walked a 6 mile trail first time wearing these and no rubbing good grip and sturdy sole. Love these!

Good, but….
They are comfortable and seem great. I’m still disappointed they aren’t made in the USA anymore. I’ll see how they last.

Wish they held up better
I love Chacos, but always wear through the sole and straps. Picture is after three summers of regular use; the midsoles shouldn't split as they have. Chaco needs to go back to using Vibram soles!!

Great for all surfaces
Great support….just got back from France and these sandals are great for climbing/walking on uneven surfaces while exploring castles, etc….stylish enough to wear with dresses, pants, etc…had some difficulty donning at first (how to loosen for toes)…straps stay tight and are easy to loosen as needed. I have high arches ….I am a PT and have recommended these shoes for my patients who need supportive shoes.
