Why We Like The Coleman Skydome Tent
We like the Coleman Skydome Tent for its large living space. This six-person tent is wide enough to fit two queen-sized air beds, and the Skydome's nearly vertical walls offer 20% more headroom than the typical Coleman tent. We also like the extra-large door—which makes it easier to move our inflated mats and gear in and out of the tent—and the WeatherTec tub-like floor, which protects against wet weather and eliminates the added expense of a footprint. For those of us who struggle to sleep past sunrise, Coleman also offers this tent with Dark Room technology, which blocks 90% of sunlight and reduces heat inside the tent to keep us more comfortable in the campground.

Impossible to repack.
Just took out of the box to set up. It was easy enough for one person. The instruction for putting it away are very unclear. I had to YouTube others doing it. It is still not clear as I saw three different ways. I tried them all and cannot get it back in the bag. This is coming from someone who can always get a tent or air mattress back in the bag with room to spare. I’m frustrated with the size of the bag and not being able to pack it securely.

Easy set up

Instructions were very clear and the tent was so spacious! Will definently be using this for all my future trips and will continue to purchase from this brand!

Super spacious!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I originally got this tent for my son to use in the backyard!!  He absolutely loves it and we recently took it on a family camping trip. Very spacious had plenty of room for everyone. Everyone kept us clean and dry. It was warmer during the day and kept us cool and at night it was cooler and it kept us warm. Very insulated!!

Good
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently got my hands on the Coleman Skydome Camping Tent, and I’ve gotta say, it’s pretty awesome! Perfect timing with summer around the corner. Setting it up was a breeze - no wrestling with poles or complicated instructions. Just pop it up, and you’re good to go. And let me tell you, there’s plenty of room inside. I could stretch out comfortably without feeling cramped, thanks to its tall center height. What really impressed me was its durability. It held up like a champ against the elements - rain, wind, you name it. I felt safe and snug inside, knowing it could handle whatever nature threw at it.

Great Basic Tent

Great starter tent
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband thought this was a great starter tent. My 12 year old is in boyscouts and they camp out pretty often and he really enjoys the tent. For the 2 of them the tent is very comfortable. It does claim to be a 6 person tent but if you need room or have larger than average people this would be better for 3 or 4 max. They love that it's tall enough that he can walk around in, which is hard because he's 6 ft tall. It was pretty easy and quick to assemble with common sense, which is helpful because the directions attached to the bag were not very good. It didn't take long at all. Unfortunately due to the cold in the northeast we have not taken it outside to test the elements yet but i don't see it being a big problem. There are pouches inside to keep your items organized and a clip to attach a light to which he really loved too. Zips seamlessly and it does keep pretty dark which makes for better sleeping.

Incomplete review

Solid car camping tent!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tent is great for car camping! It is sturdy, spacious, has great storage and plenty of room for the whole family. It's weatherproof and stays fairly dark which is great for a sensitive sleeper like myself. Only cons are it's bulky and difficult to put back in the bag, which are both givens for a 6-person tent. I look forward to years of using this tent!

Huge and spacious
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have not actually done any camping with this yet however, did set it up and fax. It is a five minute set up so easy that my child did it for me it is huge. The tent is quite large definitely able to fit six person. It is a dome in a dark room so high ceilings. Plenty of space definitely dark blocks out 90% of the sunlight verified highly recommend Coleman is a great brand, I can imagine this lasting as a lifetime of camping trips

Sleeper
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wish I had been given more time to try - I live in New England and camping in winter is impossible! I will say I am excited to try with my nieces and introduce them to camping and trust the Coleman brand to produce a solid product! Darkroom feature will be helpful in getting them used to our door life. Plus, a roomy 6 person tent makes this great for not only camping but why outdoor festival that you spend the night at. I'll try and update this in the summer when this gets put to good use!
