Extremely comfortable
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these since they were on sale and were a nice lighter color of hiking shoe. I will say, they appear more light grey than beige as shown in the picture, but so far they have been extremely comfortable. I love wearing them for work and am confident they would excel on a hike. They're lightweight and breathable. For whatever reason, Columbia hiking boots run large. I typically wear a 9.5, but I had to order a size 9 in order for these to fit well. All in all though, they are an enjoyable shoe to wear whatever the occasion given the "sneaker" like appearance of the boot.

Good value

Super Comfortable Mid Hiking Shoe/Boot
It's very difficult to find a hiking boot that is lightweight, waterproof and breathable. These Re-Peak Mid Shoes have all 3 of those needs for me covered. I wear them for work on my delivery route during the warmer months and have found them to be super comfortable to wear all day. In fact, I liked them so much that I have tried twice to order another pair and both times the orders were canceled by Columbia because of an apparent issue with their website not updating inventory quantities correctly. That was super irritating especially after spending over 45 minutes on the second re-order attempt directly with Columbia support via chat.

Disappointed
I recently ordered these boots in my regular size 10. They were way too long so returned them and reordered 9.5 which fit me much better. However, the insoles lack cushioning and are so hard the made my feet hurt. Also, the lack of arch support made my legs tired. Will have to return these too. BTW... Columbia makes the return process fairly easy and they process refunds quickly. I'm so disappointed.

Great, snug fitting mid boots
Ok, so I bought these at Sierra, but that's where I first saw them and now I'm buying a second pair direct from Columbia These are so comfortable and light, but feel strong on my feet and ankle. Great soles on them with great grip on concrete, asphalt and off road on track and trail. I do wish the top eye was closed and not an open eye, they get caught and snagged sometimes. I actually went a 1/2 size down after trying the 11 and 10.5 ( I usually wear 10.5, 11 if no 10.5) Feel snug and secure
