Weird fit

I ordered a size 4 originally and they were massive. The model is wearing a size 6 and I’m a little shorter than her so I thought those would fit me. Returned them and got a size 2. Still a little big. I was hoping they would be a little high waisted. The area folds weird, not because they are big on me but I think that’s just how they are. The butt also does this duck tail thing and it is not flattering. I mens pant would fit and shape better than these. Cool pants but missed the mark on fitting these correctly for women. Maybe it doesn’t fit my body type correctly, as I’m pretty slim.
