Great boots, but backcountry is s awful

Familiarity:
I returned this product before using it

Ordered their last size 42 on sale and backcountry sent me two right foot boots. The sales rep could hardly understand my issue and my size is currently out of stock. How the heck could you sell to of the same footed boots??
