Just what I wanted

Familiarity:
I've used it several times

Purchased to use a a little more formal/clean looking bag for classes and other things, where a regular camp/hike bag might be a little out of place. This bag works great for what it is, carries my notebook in the straps on the back, fits a Samsung A7 tablet in the pack perfectly, along with snacks, pens, wallet, etc... Nice organization without being overdone. Not a heavy duty bag, the shoulder strap is only an inch, and will cut into the shoulder with anything heavier than a small load. Water bottles would be an awkward fit - a 32oz nalgene wide mouth would take most the interior space, for example. A smaller 12 or 16oz bottle should probably be ok. The plastic clips and whatnot fit the look, but likewise, aren't the same quality that you see on Mystery Ranch or Black Diamond. I expect the shoulder strap attachment points will be the first to go. But still, even after 3 months of regular use, still going strong. So even if it breaks, I expect to get some good use out of it.
