Broke on second use,

Familiarity:
I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

While tightening on the second use, the fastener popped apart. There was a clear break in the plastic. Unfortunately, because it was the dead of winter, I didn't get to use this until three months after and that's when the break occurred (outside of backcountry 30 day return policy). I have sent an email to the warranty department, the suggested route after calling backcountry. I am not optimistic. The lesson I learned, spend the extra cash and get something guaranteed and proven. Now I will likely spend more than I would have if I just went with a better brand.
