Great for camping gear
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like that the box is hard plastic and thay the lid is a bit see though. It makes looking for what you may need easier to find. I like that It has the latches to lock the lid down and a place to pit a lock if needed. My only concern is how durable the lid would be under impact. I do think this is super nifty to store our camping gear and hope we get a lot of life out of it!.

Awesome!!!
Much better mouse trap. I’ve used those flimsy rubber made totes a million times for camping and road trips but this is a much improved version. The stacking ability is nice but the ability to run a tie down through the small port on side makes your stack very stable, you could easily make a big pile of these boxes in the back of a side by side or in a roof cargo box. The hinge design is very clever and allows it to be opened from either side with one set of hinges still closed. The clear lid makes it easy to see what’s in box and feels very durable. Best of all the whole thing is air tight, the seal is legit, not just a length of foam tape but a full thick silicone bead. While it’s not a pelican style case it’s really not that far off so for the money the alpaca is a no brainer for me. Definitely checks all the “boxes”😉, I love it and would recommend these to anyone especially hunters, car campers and people who do a lot of rafting.

Durable and dust free
A lot of my outdoor gear has been loose in the garage, getting dusty and at it can be hard to find what I need. This gear box is great because it has helped me get organized, with backpack stove, filter, hammocks, knives, headlamps, etc., all in one place. Plenty of room and the transparent lid makes it easy to find what I need.

In Love!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m in love with this tote! It’s very strong and I love the fact that you can see through the lid as to what’s in the tote. It says that the lid is shatterproof and I believe that to be truthful. I also love that the lid connects to the tote with four handles that lock into place. Definitely need to get some more!

Durable and many uses
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review. I use many totes in my house to store items not in use. I really like the Alpaca Gear Box for many reasons. For starters, this box is 45 liters and boasts plenty of room for a number of different items. I love that it is waterproof and dust proof, as I have pointed out the blue seal in one picture. This box is equipped with 4 hinges, meaning that it doesn't just open on one side, you can open it on either side or completely remove the cover! And the cover, guess what?! It is clear so you can see what it inside, and, it is smash-proof!! How awesome is that? I also like that there are holes on two side of the lid and box which I'm assuming are to use for padlocks. All in all this is a great gear box that is super durable and will be used for years to come.

A nice gear box

Great Strlorage Box to keep your items protected from the elements
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently received the 45L Alpaca Gear Box from Gregory. I wasn't sure exactly what to expect while waiting for it to arrive, but I knew I was looking for something solid to store delicate items in during off-seasons. When the Gear Box arrived, I was surprised at how light weight it was and questioned the durability. Those questions were quickly erased from my mind as I pulled it from the cardboard shipping box and found a light, yet incredibly solid tote. The lid is constructed with a tinted transparent polycarbonate that has a heavy duty weather seal to keep dust and moisture out. The lid is held on with 4 hinged latches that are very well made and can operate as standard latches or in a multi-sided hinged design, allowing you to open from either side without fully taking off the lid. I was able to easily store several exterior Christmas decorations (in their factory boxes) in the Gear Box with room to spare. While the Box is a slight bit on the pricier end, it is definitely built with quality and durability in mind. I'll likely be grabbing a few more for my storage and organization needs.

Great quality
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Alpaca gear box is such a great way to store items from harsh conditions. The plastic is thick and I like that the top is a bit transparent. The latches are easy to undo and the top feels like it's quite secure. The size is generous without being extremely bulky and it's easy to bring along and transport.

Waterproof and rugged!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I cannot wait to take this camping with us! I love that I can pack it full and stack it in the car and not have to worry about things getting crushed. Then I can store it outside the tent with no worries about anything inside getting wet! The lid gasket ensures the box stays waterproof and dustproof! I also like that it features loops on the sides of the lid so you can padlock it if needed.

Lightweight!

I love the versatility of the hinges on either side, so nomatter how it is packed in, you are able to get things out. I love it is a waterproof, and dust proof way to store and bring all my camping essentials. I'm so excited to pack this up and have it ready to go on our next adventure!
