Happy with purchase
good build. handles take away a bit of internal space. Large enough for a 3 day weekend. small enough for easy carry on size. Rolls well. internal ergonomics is very good so far. separate dirty close storage is a plus for me. durability is pending

Great little case
Great for trains in europe! Seems durable, love the color. Only drawback is not being able to fully extend the handles when it's fully packed.

So far so good
Haven't had long, but larger size has held up well.

Perfect long weekend travel buddy
I recently purchased this suitcase for a 4 day trip to Miami. When I first opened it to start packing I was worried about having enough room but it ended up fitting everything, and I’m an over packer. It fit 2 pairs of jeans, 4 pairs of short, a ton of tank tops and shirts, a sweatshirt, swim suits, 3 pairs of sandals, and all my toiletries comfortably. The active shield was perfect for storing my shoes, damp swim suits, and dirty clothes. This and the charging access were the main reasons for purchasing and they were great! A lot of reviews talked about the handle being funky but I didn’t have any issues. It does take up some space on the inside for packing but rolling your shirts on that side makes everything fit perfectly! I’m excited to use Rollie (my suitcases name) for my trip to Colorado this weekend! You will love this carry on, its perfect!

A downgrade from previous version
Not sure why Gregory had to go and mess with a good thing. I had a 2018 version of Quadro Pro - it was a brilliant and versatile carry-on but after many many miles the zipper broke and I got this as a warranty replacement. By itself it's an OKAY bag, but when comparing to the previous version it is a downgrade in every way. Significantly smaller. Not longer expandable. Telescopic handle is not protected from contents and sticks when the bag is full. Thinner and cheaper looking shell. Less details. Original Quadro was a cool, rugged, premium bag that stood out in the sea of mediocrity at the boarding gate...this one is just another roller.

Smaller than older versions
Significantly smaller than the older version we have. The old one is 45 L and has an expansion zipper to add 1.5 inches. The new one is 42 L with no option to expand. Also has issues with pushing down on handle when the bag is fully packed. Would not recommend. Not worth it even with added USB ports

Overall high quality but a little snug...
Very high quality bag, only downside is the handle mechanism takes up a lot of space internally and tends to hang up when packed.

GOOD BUT FOR ONE DESIGN FLAW
BAG SEEMS STURDY AND OF HIGH QUALITY. MY ONLY COMPLAINT IS THAT THE HANDLES ARENT “SLEEVED” INSIDE THE BAG, THUS AS YOU STUFF SHOES OR "OVERSTUFF" THE BAG, THE HANDLES SLIDING IN/OUT HAS ADDED FRICTION ON THE TUBING...THUS, MAKES DEPLOYING/STORING THE HANDLE MORE CHALLENGING.

Multiple Disappointments
Start with the large sticker on the bag which when removed requires a scrubbing cleanup with alcohol. Not a good start. Next is the flimsy exterior. Think beer can thickness. I expected something more sturdy at this price point. The zipper is not smooth to open or close. For this price, I would return this, but I have to leave on a trip. My son will get this bag and I'll buy something else.

Best carry on I ever had
Absolutely love this suitcase! My favorite part is the active shield pouch. Just throwing all my sweaty gear in there has been a life changer. Easy to roll around and super solid design.
