Why We Like The Grundens Boundary Stockingfoot Wader
GORE-TEX Pro provides pro-level waterproofing, which is why we like the new Grundens Boundary Stockingfoot wader. It features body-mapped weather protection with a 4-layer GORE-TEX laminate in the lower body for abrasion resistance and 3-layer in the upper body for better breathability. The neoprene stockingfeet slip inside our wading boots to warm our feet in cold water with gravel guards stretch over our boots to keep out the sticks and stones that would hurt us if they got inside. These are premium waders with the waterproofing and breathability that hold up to the toughest environments that guides and anglers might face.

Guide tested and failed
I am a full time guide and these waders were given to me from the shop I guide out of to help advertise and sell these. I wouldn’t take them for anything more than free. The zipper on the pocket broke within 5 days of using, they leaked the next day after the zipper broke. I’ve fixed the leak and a new one shows up almost immediately. These are nowhere near 4 layer goretex. Maybe 2 layer. I can’t keep these waders from leaking. They are so fragile and by far the worst pair of waders I have ever owned. I’m very disappointed. I wanted these to be great but they just weren’t. I’m hoping they fix their issues and make a great wader in the future. But for now stay away from them

Great Product
Fabulous Waders. Very comfortable. I am impressed with how warm my feet have been during winter fishing in Northern Utah. Would definitely recommend.

Solid Comfort
These waders are well built, feel great and are very comfortable. Time will tell how these will hold up, however based on initial impressions I expect to be wearing these for a long while.

My new favorite wader
Absolutely love these waders. I’ve been a Simms guy for years and as great as their waders are Grundens has topped them. You get the same high end quality in their waders but you get the durability I have come to expect from Grundens products.

First Trip Successful
I have only used these waders on one trip so far, but very impressive. The booties take a little bit to get use to, but have extra warmth in the Pennsylvania cold. At a fraction of the cost compared to other high end waders, the quality is not compromised. I would like to see a redesign to the internal storage, but the rest of the storage has lots of room. Time will tell how long these hold up, but Grundens has become a serious contender in the chest wader industry.

I love these waders.
Comfortable and functional. As a full time guide I rely heavily on my waders for comfort and durability. These waders are just that.

Boundary waders
These waders has lasted me through all of striped bass surf fishing season of 2023 it's tough and very well made. I'm surf fishing at least 3 times a week and these definitely takes a beating. I'm a Grundens customer for life now.

Great fit and function
I have only used them 3 times since the purchase, but the fit is great! Easy to move in and out of the water, and truly heavy duty. By far the best waders I have owned.

Durable, comfortable, excellent detail to construc
I am 68 yrs old, and am sure these will be the last pair of waders I will need. Steelhead fishing the Great Lakes. Have not tried them in the cold. Already have fallen to the rocks once, waders got dirty with no defects. Wet rag made them look like new. I have no clue why everyone moved to non-gortex. The last pair I had are still good after 30 yrs. Great fit! I am 6ft. And weigh 190lbs. The yoke was a great idea and is very comfortable. I wear them all day long and take them off when I get back to hotel. (A lot of time spent driving from stream to stream.)
