leaky lid

Great Gifts That You Can Personalize
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the second year in a row, where I've purchased this tumbler for a coach. I love them as gifts because you can personalize them. I still have not pulled the trigger on one for me! I think it's because I have a couple of Hydro Flask water bottles that I love and am happy with .

Replacement lid
It is okay. I appreciate you replacing it. I don’t think it is as good as i was hoping it would be. I think the make of the lid still causes a dribble when I drink.

Great warranty!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The lid for my 20 oz. cup has seen better days from several years of every day use. The only issue I had with the lid was the small rubber piece that is used to open and close the lid was getting soft and coming off the lid. The rubber gasket was still in tack and didn’t leak. I went on line to purchase a new lid but wasn’t which one to order for my cup. So I sent an email asking for the correct part number. Instead of the company just sending the part number, they warrantied the lid. Wow that was awesome. I sent them a couple of photos and within a week I had a new lid for my favorite morning coffee mug.

Works well

Exactly what I hoped for
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this cup, and it's exactly what I needed. A daily driver cup for me that is a beautiful color, feels good in the hand, doesn't tip in my cars cup holder, and keeps drinks warm all morning.

20oz cup only 18oz

Incompatible with 12oz mug
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The lid and the mug do not mate correctly. After pressing the lid on, it slowly eases its way upward, off of the mug. This is not very obvious, and ended up spilling coffee on myself. consistently repeatable.
