Hot water is such blessing when you live a little rougher than most people
I like the plug and play aspect of unit just add water and propane and it’s good to go

My shower
I think its a great thing to have with you out camping away from home. Its easy to set up and take down. I especially love the pump to use water from streams or any body of water around you.

Did not work when I needed it.
I have no idea, I bought the unit expecting to have everything for my hunting trip in the Wyoming mountains. It does not come with a pump, who would buy a portable water heater to use at home were you can connect it to a hose. Yes, I should have looked closer. But, again, why would you sell a device that does not work without buying the pump separately. My entire group was very disappointed. I will be returning unit. It was never used.

Outdoor Shower
The Hottap is super portable. Lightweight. Easy to set up. Lots of hot water. Better pressure would make it awesome. I wish it had come with the cover and/or the bracket included in the kit. Also wish the cover unzipped so the cover front could be flipped up. It would be convenient to be able to zip it just enough to protect it but leave hoses attached at the bottom. Highly recommend!

Hot water, but poor quality
The bolt that you tighten by hand that's supposed to hold the support legs in place snapped in two the first time I used it. Still no word on receiving a replacement.

Dog Shower
I purchased this product so I could have an outdoor shower for my dog. Having the water warm and being able to adjust the spray was perfect. I can honestly say this product lived up to all my expectations and beyond. I ordered the sturdier base and it arrived today. Very happy with the quality and speed with which it was sent.

Best thing since sliced bread!
Had a different maker's instant got water heater. This one blows out it straight out of the water! Easy and simple set-up. Great temp and good pressure. Highly recommend!

Big problems
We took it to our week-long camp and it didn't work. If you switch it off, you cannot switch it back on unless you turn the flow to zero. Randomly quits in the middle of the shower for no apparent reason. I need to look at it some more and see if I can troubleshoot, but likely to return if I can't figure it out. Thanks, Stephen

Almost perfect
Gives plenty of hot water, but controlling the temperature took some time to figure out. Two man job.
