Fit is wrong
Heel is too wide. No matter how much I tighten them, the heel remains loose. To make it worse, the shoelaces loosen as I walk, even with double-knots. If your foot is wide through the heels, these might be the shoes for you. They look great and they seem well-made.

Ughhh
Been wearing Keens everyday for work for about 5 years. I'm going to start with positive. Yes, out of box they are comfortable, even for a wide foot person like myself. But....These have been the worst to date. First thingy you notice is they are heavy shoes. Every time you take a step they squeak from laces rubbing against the leather patches on tongues, everyone can hear you coming. And last complaint is on this pair the toes are marking outsoles. Every time I'm on my knees working they mark up the VCT flooring.

I just purchased these shoes for a backpacking trip in the desert of Arizona. Only two days out with new shoes (yes, I know you should break them in before a major hike) and I noticed the sole separating from the shoes! It was getting so bad I had to stop the trip and make it to a Walmart to purchase some Shoe Goo just to hold the shoes together to make it back home. I am hoping this is just a fluke in the manufacturing process and that this isn't representing the quality and workmanship of Keen as a company. I am concerned it's the latter, like most companies are heading to make more profit and not worrying about the quality of their products. Yes, you can go through the process of writing an essay, making sure you kept the receipts, and kept good notes about your purchase, creating a Keen account and submitting this all on their warranty section of their site. But...for me...it's just easier to go to another company next time. Leaving on a good note...the shoes were comfortable for the week that they were together and fit as expected.

Excellent feel but wont last long
The shoe itself is amazingly comfortable and fits the foot right out of the box with minimal to no break-in time. Its also incredibly grippy. WITH THAT the increadible grip comes with a sole that will get worn down quickly, i've had these shoes for two weeks and have put 18 miles on them just walking on the roads and as normal day to day use shoes. I've work through a good chunk of the sole and haven't even had them a month, I want to know if this is normal for this series of boots or if i'm being too hard on them by just walking on level ground.

Love keens
I love keens shoes and boots I’m in the boots for 10 hours a day but the shoes fall apart out of all my keens shoes this are the only pair it may have been something with the factory that mass up but I’m not going to let one pair make me mad

Just what I was looking for
Fits well, true to size, comfortable, quality materials, waterproof, neutral color and reasonably priced; great every day shoe for casual ware. Would and likely will be purchasing another pair when needed in future.

I like the shoes I
I like the shoes I think you need to get a hold of carrier. It took two weeks to even get my machine to be 3 to 5 days.

Disappointed
I have a closet full of Keen shoes and have worn out several pairs of Targhee over the last few years, so I had high hopes for the Circadia. The first pair broke the heel strap on Day2. It took about 3 weeks to get them replaced. The sole of the second pair is already starting to delaminate after a few days of light duty. I really like this shoe, but QA/QC is falling down. As others have noted, automated customer service is slow and less than satisfying.
