Poor stitching

I have had these gloves for a month and hardly beat on them. The stitching that connects the mitten to the glove gave on the left glove. I have been using Kinco products for work and fun for a long time. Disappointed in the durability of this product, or at least the ones I received. UPDATE!! Backcountry is the berries and they sent me a new pair. First ones were a one off. Stitching looks flawless on the new pair.
