Lasportia Raptor II - Most comfort hiker

I have running shoes, sneakers & you name it but this LaSportia Hiker is by far the most comfort I have ever had!!! I wore them on my daily 3 mile walk & won't wear anything else! My husband wanted pair too so I ordered but he's a mebs Wide11.5 US size I ordered a EU 45.5 but way too small. Sent back. Looking for local store to try on to get correct size.

Too Tight

The reviews saying these boots fitting very tightly are accurate. I immediately noticed how tight they are on both sides of the toe box when I put them on. I purchased these boots half a size up and they still fit way too tightly.

more rigid than hoka

THese replacing my old Hokas which I loved. THese are a little stiffer which is good, still adequate flex and ground feel. Grippy except on wet planks which is fine. Definitely size up 1-2, I had to make a return with 1st round. Holding up well but it's early yet, check with me in December

A tad tight but overall amazing

I have had an interesting experience with these boots. I bought a pair in the size I usually wear and they felt a bit tight, but seemed serviceable. I wore them on a few short hikes and they bothered my feet a bit but nothing too extreme. I wore them on a 17 mile hike and by mile 7 my feet had swollen and became quite sore due to the tight fit. By mile 10 I decided I need to cut the boots with my knife on the sides to relieve some of the pressure on my foot in hopes to make it out of the woods easier. These have to be the most durable boots on planet earth. I could barely cut though them with my knife! Long story short, I ordered another pair a size up and they fit wonderfully and are super comfortable. Would recommend these to anyone looking for a good boot.

I tried these on in a 1/2 larger size, and they were still very snug in width across my forefoot. This is noteworthy, because I actually have a very narrow forefoot

Great Results with Second Pair

I wonder if there are different size runs out there. I have never been able to wear La Sportiva boots. I bought the 44 Regular width last July and it's spot on for me. I have not found them to be narrow at all. Maybe like a 1/4" short. I love the tread on this shoe. Great for loose dirt and gross down climbs which is very common in CO. Also stick well to rock. My first pair had a seam in the heel that gave me blisters. Second pair after exchange, no problems. The TX 4 was too narrow for me and these work for whatever that is worth...

If you like la sportiva products, you'll love these ultra raptors. True to size when you're fitting your European size. Climbers know the quality of this brand and this product delivers the goods. Breaking time is minimal if any they were excellent in the first day out, 4.5 MI. The tread delivers a great feel underfoot. You won't be disappointed.

Was really hoping these would be a good boot but they are really narrow and have a snug toe box. I sized up intentionally and they still didn’t fit well.

I ordered this boots 2 times! Quality is very good. Boots are very light, durable and VERY comfortable. But size is not matching in this size chart. For example, my 45EU is like 44. So, order one size bigger + add half size for socks. Second time I ordered half size bigger, but still it's smaller. So, I should order 46 or even 46,5.

Very narrow

The wide version of this shoe probably fits like a standard width. These are extremely tight. The sole seemed to be good but overall it's a very shiny shoe.
