I like it. It works when needed.
Filter is working well. Went through each step of backwashing so I can be comfortable with it. It doesn’t stand on its own but not a deal breaker. It’s more wider than I like which fits awkwardly on sides of backpack. It doesn’t fit in front pockets of running vest when bottle is full of water. But I’m still satisfied for its sole function of filtering.

Travelers guarantee for safe water
This was the answer to how to be sure the water I use in my medicated nasal rinses was pure. After sinus surgery part of my recovery is using the NeilMed Sinus rinse with added antibiotics. I was traveling to Bali and needed to be sure the water I used to make the saline rinse was the healthiest. The foldable Life Straw pouch compressed easily into my travel backpack and a breeze to fill up and squirt into the rinse bottle. I’m using this water to clean my toothbrushes too while away! It’s so great I’m gifting one to my surgeon so he can recommend it to his patients to go with their post op care.

Great for a bag
I teach on a campus with terrible tasting water from the fountains. This fits in my laptop case easily, doesn't add much weight, and also helps the water from our fountains significantly improve!

Good Design -Terrible Taste
Something is up with the plastic used for this bottle. I flushed it many times and could not get the plastic taste (and smell) out of it. After 9 days it still tastes like water sitting in a garden hose. Too bad because otherwise, the design is great.

Taste of water great.
I love the water's taste, design, and weight. The filter does clog quickly and reduces the use time. I now have to do a backflow after every use.

Great product!!!
This thing is awesome! It has many advantages when going into the woods. I like how it is compact, light weight, different ways to use it, and saves on not having to tote around many water bottles. I’ve used it once so far on an all day still hunt and light weight is the way to go for me. I have plenty of water sourses so saving on weight is a big plus. Can’t wait to get back in the woods to use it again!!!

Not quite as expected
I didn’t research it as well as I should have to know that I can’t just dip the bladder into a stream or spring on my Appalachian Trail hike and squeeze virus-laden water through this filter. My fault. And I hoped that the loops on the filter and cap were stronger for a carabiner. But, upon actually holding them, I didn’t want to trust them. So I decided this filter in a handheld water bottle is going to be good for making city/suburban tap water and rural well water taste much better to me. I may or may not hike with it again.
