"Rear Saddle Pads" are actually Covers
I wouldn't really call these "pads" since I relate that word to "soft" and "cushy". These "pads", or a better description would be "covers" are made of a hard durable feeling nylon that are designed to go over the high-grip rubber saddles so the kayak can slide into position. There's no need for any actual padding between the saddles and your kayak.
