a little scratchy at first but very warm

i bought this baselayer for snowboarding and it has not disappointed. the fabric does feel a bit scratchy at first touch, but once you put it on along with other layers, you don't notice the scratchiness at all. it has kept me VERY warm and comfy throughout the cold new york winter days on the slopes.

Attractive and flattering merino wool blend top, but it felt too scratchy to wear next to skin, unlike some other more widely known merino brands. Sizing up and wearing a merino t-shirt under it would work, but not worth it at this price. Returning.
