Why We Like The Mountain Hardwear Compressor Alpine Hooded Jacket
Built for base-to-summit adventures, the Mountain Hardwear Compressor Alpine Hooded Jacket has all we need to tackle alpine conditions. It starts with dual face fabrics that provide abrasion resistance without weighing us down and premium recycled synthetic insulation that approaches down's warmth-for-the-weight while tolerating moisture better and insulating us even when wet. The Compressor Alpine Hooded Jacket provides plenty of coverage for mountaineering or climbing at altitude while packing down into the included stuff sack when we don't need that added warmth.

Looks great, great features - breathability?
I like the look of the coat and the pockets are fantastic. It is nice and warm, but it is not very breathable, and I end up covered with sweat when I wear it, so that's a downside.
