Jacket ok, checkout experience bad

- I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
The jacket was oversized, so I needed to exchange for a smaller size, and was told it would be a simple free exchange. I was charged again and told I would get a refund, a month later refund had not arrived and had to contact customer service, which only refunded jacket price leaving me to pay for return shipment that I was told would be free. Consider looking for a store that cares about its customers more than backcountry.
