Pretty comfortable
I really like this backpack, I have only used it for school but it is very comfortable and capacious. I also like the loops on the outside that are great for hanging things and also make it easier to pick up Also i don't really find this to be an issue but it should be noted that it only has one small internal compartments and none on the outside.

Needs an outside zippered pocket.
Picture is a little misleading. No outside zippered pockets? This must be the only backpack ever made without an outside zippered pouch for phone, lock, bus pass, keys, anything! Quality is great, but serious design flaw
