Easily portable. Surprisingly helpful for walks with a toddler.

Great idea for an age-old problem

Simple design; easy to use; inexpensive, and lightweight. I purchased one a year ago and it worked so well, I purchased a second one.

Great concept and form, but poorly made

I like the concept of reusing scraps, the light weight, the funky colors and the small form factor, but the pad is so badly made, its laughable. The different colored foam blebs are barely fused together, instead they look like they've been glued on with lots of gaps, loose chunks and small crevices that won't stand up to real outdoor use. Not sure what Nemo is doing for quality control, as I saw them in a store and some looked better than others. If Nemo could actually make the foam pieces fuse together uniformly, it would be a good product, but right now I would pass on it unless I could see it in person.

Good reclaimed materials product

Good pad. I leave multiple in the car for wet picnic table seats and serves as great available ground barrier when needed. I would use it in more settings if it were more packable.

Pleasantly surprised

Wasn’t sure how I’d like this product initially. However I am very pleased with it and use it around the house which had mainly hardwood floors. This product is the go-to item I use when sitting or kneeling on the floor. I also like that it conveniently folds up.

Functional & Funky

I used to take a heavy closed foam pad made for gardening on the car camp trips. Bulky and not so great. The Chipper is different and way better. I'm happy that it's made from recycled stuff, folds small and is super-lightweight (meaning I can use it for backpacking and motorcycle camping!)

Very versatile sit pad that I use as the back pad for my backpack. Super lightweight and folds down nicely.

Perfect little sit pad and tent door mat. I used it for every meal and in the evenings on a recent backcountry trip around Mt. Whitney.

Love this little item.

Bought thinking I would use once in a while. Was my favorite item on my recent hunting trip. From sitting, glassing, taking boots off...so many uses for this!
