Why We Like The Nocs Provisions Zoom Tube 8X32

We really like bugs, hodoos, and arches but getting close to those things can be scary, uncomfortable, or just plain impossible. With the Nocs Provisions Zoom Tube 8X32 seeing small things up close while far away is a whole lot easier. These monoculars(like binoculars, but one) are water resistant and easy to carry along during any birding or sandstone-seeking hike.

Nice product! Not waterproof!

Familiarity:
I've used it several times

I really like these monoculars. My girlfriend and I use them all them time to spy on animals while kayaking. At this time Backcountry describes them as waterproof. They are not. The Nocs website describes them as water resistant and fog proof. If you were to drop one into a river even for a moment it would be ruined. I would love it if Backcountry would change the wording in their listing and send a new monocular for my wonderful girlfriend. We promise to be more careful with them in the future.
