Lyngen Flex1 Pant

It's time to bust out Norrona's Lyngen Flex1 Pant when winter's stormy pow settles into spring snow. This softshell is more than suitable for faraway mountaineering objectives as well as simpler tours through springtime slush. We like that the stretchy, breathable fabric sheds snow spray on the downhill and keeps us comfortable on the ascent. Norrona reinforced the bottom hem in GORE-TEX technology for waterproof, breathable protection where it counts for spring's alpine adventure.

Killer Touring Pants!

I've been in the market for a pair of softshell pants, but wasn't able to find a pant that checked all the boxes that were must haves. This pant has all my must haves. Softshell, check. Dedicated beacon pocket, check. Thigh zips, check. Adjustable waist, check. Gaiters, check. The only want that would be nice is belt loops, but there is enough adjustability with the velcro straps that it is not an issue. The fit works well for me. I am 6'2 and 175 pounds. the seat and thigh are not too restrictive, but not baggy either. Large was a great fit for me.

Couldn't get the right fit

Size Bought:: small then medium
Height:: 5' 8"
Weight:: 145

I wanted to love these - great fabric, well made, nice design, good features. But at 5'8, 145, 30.5- 31 inch waist the small was just a scooch too tight in the waist and the medium was loose in the hips and thighs and the inseam too long. Just an example of being between sizes. If you fit better into one of their sizes these should be great.
