Oboz use to be my "go to" hiking shoe but something has happened with this company, probably after they got acquired from the original Oboz owners. Shoe is stiff and uncomfortable. I used to be able to put on Oboz out of the box and start trekking. No anymore! I've had multiple pairs in the past that were super comfy, supportive, great arch, etc. Not anymore. Returned these

I’ve had time to wear them enough they fit perfectly the first time I put my foot into them a size them as I would if I were buying an athletic shoe. Very pleased.

I have narrow, low volume, high arch feet that are falling apart in my late 60's (plantar fasciitis, sesamoiditis, other mysterious pains) . I tried a couple styles in Salomon, and Ryka, with poor results. My feet, knees, and spine are happy in these shoes! I went on a 5-day hiking trip with rooty/rocky narrow trails, and everything worked well! I agree totally with the other two reviewers on this site! I am so thankful I found these shoes with their deep heel cup and sole that doesn't force me to feel every rock in the trail, and keeps me secure and steady and comfortable. Thank the universe for Oboz Sawtooth X Low B-Dry Shoe! Comfortable out of the box. I wear them with Darn Tough Hiker Boot Full Cushion Sock. Happy feet!

I love the great arch support right out of the box. These shoes are comfortable but have a performance fit that allows me to feel confident on the trail. The narrow heel prevents blisters and extra movement where there shouldn’t be.

This is a great fitting hiking shoe. I have plantar fasciitis and these shoes are so comfortable you will not regret owning a pair! I have the lupine and slate colors and they are so beautiful with a pair of blue jeans or Fjallraven hiking pants. I am normally a 7.5 in most running shoes and a size 8 medium in Oboz fits perfectly. Can’t say enough good about this shoe, its one of the best fitting shoes I’ve ever tried.
