comfortable but fit way off

Familiarity:: I returned this product before using it
Size Bought:: 38

I bought these to wear at work (health care) for plantar fasciitis - I own the flip flops in a size 38 and they fit great. I bought these in the same size and they are easily a size too small, perhaps more. I also purchased them a second time and the right fit well and the left was at least one size too big!
