Great Fit!
I'm 5'9" 150lbs and the size S fits like a glove. Perfect warmth for a cold hike, but still breathable!

Super comfortable and warm!
This layer is super comfortable! The fit is perfect (as opposed to other reviews) and kept me very warm and cozy while skiing in 10 degree weather while paired with the matching top.

Super soft and warm!
After reading the mixed reviews I decided to take the risk and buy these. I am normally a size 6, 27/28, or M and purchased the M. 5'8" 135 lbs. Backcountry skiing and mountain biking thighs... The waist band doesn't bother me. It's not tight once on and fits perfectly. There is a pull string inside the pants if you wanted to make the waist smaller - maybe you could remove this for a little more flexibility if you needed it?

Waistband is terrible
I saw the reviews about the waistband not having much stretch, but thought "It couldn't be THAT bad!" And then I got them and no, it IS that bad. I can't believe this product made it through quality control. And I'm equally confused by so many people who love these--but good on them. I have other OR leggings that are great... these are not. I am annoyed I even have to spend the money to return them as I don't feel they should even be sold, they are that wonky.

Wanted to love these!
I wanted to love these! I was looking for a synthetic base layer, as merino is too itchy for me. The waist band is impossibly small to get over my hips. Once on, they feel really nice, warm and fit well. There is NO stretch in the waist band and I have very small hips, so anyone that has even a normal woman sized body would probably not even be able to get these on! I knew that the battle to get these on and off would not bode well when I am out in the cold and trying to take a bio break. Sent them back immediately. OR! Please adjust the stretch in the waistband and I'll be back. I really can't believe that this design made it through your product testing.

I didn't know I could love a base layer so much.
These are incredible, so comfy, the perfect mix between being relatively form fitting but not constricting, very warm and yet they seem to stay dryer than any of my other base layers. The thin pocket in them is perfect. I wear them mostly on cold days ski touring, but if I wasn't worried about them wearing out, I would wear them around the house 24/7 because they're so comfy.

Very cozy but the waistband could use more stretch
I like these more than I thought I would. I was a little hesitant because I try to avoid buying too many synthetic clothes. I wanted something I could layer with my Skytour Ascent bids and wool leggings in really cold conditions. These work well for that. They are baggy enough to go over leggings but are tight enough that they're not too baggy to be annoying. I also really enjoy wearing them around the house and I find myself wearing them pretty often. I really wish they had more than just the one zipper pocket. I also wish the waistband had a little more stretch. I purchased the medium and generally wear a size 6 or 8 but I have slightly larger hips (~40-41") and these can be a little tight to pull up and are a little tighter around the waist than I want. I also just found out I'm pregnant and I'm disappointed that with the tighter waistband these probably won't last long into the 2nd trimester.

Outstanding base layer
Outstanding base layer. I work in the backcountry and go through base layer bottoms frequently. These are soft, warm, lightweight, and comfortable. I wear them routinely in the back country and I also wear them around the house as pajamas because they're so nice to have on. I get cold easily and these pants provide great warmth and are very lightweight. I highly recommend them. Fits true to size. I am a small/medium or pant size 4. I'm very happy with the fit of the medium in these pants.

Love these- warm, soft, and light
Great baselayer. Use them for lounging at home AND just recently on a wilderness multi sport expedition. Performed great when I needed light, but warm baselayers in camp and as thermal protection.
