    Quintessential comfort.

When it comes to comfort, the Patagonia Women's Re-Tool Snap-T Fleece Pullover is queen. This luxurious pullover knows a thing or two about plush coziness thanks to its high-pile Polartec Thermal Pro fleece, which retains serious warmth—without the bulk. Additionally, the fabric is bluesign certified and touts a partially recycled construction, while the stand-up collar features a double layer of fleece, making it a formidable adversary against bitter winter chills. A four-snap front placket offers a customizable look, and the kangaroo-inspired handwarmer pocket provides warm respite for chilled hands. Not to mention, the princess seams assure a finished, effortless look that's equally at home on your couch as it is at the corner coffee shop.

    Great gift

    • Familiarity: I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share

Got this for my lady and she has been super stoked on it. Can't go wrong with this one. Really soft and pretty warm as well, despite being so lightweight. Patagonia is almost always a safe bet!

    Like a hug.

I gave this to my momma for her birthday this year because she is always talking about how cold she is. So far, she says she loves it. I have a regular Snap T by Patagonia and I have worn this layer before too, it was someone else's , and I know they always do a good job with proper construction and just making their pullovers as warm as possible. I love my Snap T, so I assume this one is even better since it is so fluffy and awesome.

I have 4 and still want more

    • Familiarity: I've put it through the wringer

I can't get enough of these sweaters. Love the style and fit of them and they are the coziest item of clothing. I somehow have an X small, small, medium, and large and they all fit- just slightly different. Although it is not a very technical piece, I wear them camping, skiing sometimes, and most of the time when I go on an outdoor adventure. They hold up well as well.

    Cool

Bought this for my girlfriend as an anniversary present. She already owns a tan re-tool but wanted another, as she loves it so much. Got her the teal

      Short and wide but comfy

      • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

I'm 5'2", 125 lbs with an athletic build and purchased a medium. The medium fits nice; roomy and able to layer...but I still felt like I needed a large. I just want like one more inch on the sleeve and waist length to achieve the slouchiness that I want; like the perfect hoody. But when I lift my arms, the bottom goes above my pant waist...which is too short for me. I've already taken the tags off and worn it, otherwise I'd return for a large. Other than the fit issues, it is a really adorable/stylish casual wear piece and is super cozy.

      A Staple in my Closet!

      • Familiarity: I've used it several times
      • Fit: True to size
      • Size Bought: Large
      • Height: 5'4"

The Patagonia Re-Tool pullover is a super soft and comfortable staple in my wardrobe. It is perfect for cool days. The marsupial handwarmer is one of my favorite features!
It does fit a little snug in the rib cage area and is somewhat short, so it does run a little small, but not very. I would say it is true to size, but if you want more room size up. It isn't the warmest fleece that Patagonia makes, but it is plenty warm and one of the most comfortable ones you can buy. I highly recommend it. I have a full zip that I love, as well. It is a more flattering cut.

      Just comfy

      • Familiarity: I've used it several times
      • Fit: True to size
      • Size Bought: XL
      • Height: 5'10"
      • Weight: 155lbs

I am 5'10 and about 155 pounds, and I purchased this (plus received a second as a gift) in an XL because I wanted to be able to layer it. Admittedly, it's kind of "roomy," but it's roomy in a good way ... like the big old, snuggly warm sweater you pull out of your closet and and wrap yourself in for weekend-morning coffee. Except that this pullover looks stylish and the roomy fit looks really cute with leggings or skinny jeans. Honestly, in my city, where dressing up means any number of things, I can wear this for a hike or out for drinks and feel comfortable and look great. This is my go-to pullover for fall!

      Strange Sizing For Tall People

      • Familiarity: I returned this product before using it
      • Size Bought: Large
      • Height: 5'10"
      • Weight: 145lbs

I love the feel and pile of this fleece, but the sizing seems strange. I tried the Large and it's too baggy at the waist and wide at the shoulders, but the right length at the waist and sleeves. The medium feels short and tight everywhere- like a small. I feel like I either have to settle for a sloppy looking large or a medium that looks too little. I was looking for something nice enough for work. Seems good quality though.I usually wear size Medium Tall. I'm 5'10" and 145lbs.

      So cozy!!!

      • Familiarity: I've used it several times
      • Fit: Runs small
      • Size Bought: Medium
      • Height: 5'0"
      • Weight: 110lbs

This is the comfiest fleece I have ever owned! It is also super warm and fuzzy inside! Perfect for fall, winter and really anytime!! I bought a size big so I could layer and it's perfect!

      Replacing My First Atom

This is my go to wear. Hiking, climbing, skiing (base layer), biking (early summer, late fall), camp fire, night hikes, cold office and all the fun activities that I can do in SLC, UT.

        Super cute

My wife got the tan and black and it looks so good on her. Best fleece for the fit. She's got other fleeces And I didn't like the fit but this one has a great shape. The colors were super Awesome and so dang warm. You'll love it!

          Soft and Warm!

My fiance thinks that this fleece was perfect for camping and I actually can't wait for fall and winter to roll around so I can wear it all the time. The only thing I wish it had is buttons that snap shut on either side of the front pouch pocket. Otherwise, I love this pullover!

            Coziest Fleece Ever, Runs small

            • Familiarity: I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions
            • Fit: Runs small
            • Size Bought: Large
            • Height: 5'7"
            • Weight: 135lbs

I was looking for a warm, cozy fleece for dog walks etc. I wanted a loose, oversized fit and ended up getting a large, I'm usually a size 4/6 in regular clothing. The medium fit loosely but not enough for my liking. I would say order up a size for a regular fit and order two sizes up if you want a really loose, realized fit. Fleece is thick, soft and incredibly warm, super happy with my purchase!

            Cozy & super soft

            • Fit: Runs small
            • Size Bought: Large
            • Height: 5'4"
            • Weight: 139lbs

Perfect fall/winter sweater! I love how cushy and soft it feels. It definitely runs smaller even compared to other patagonia. I normally wear small/medium in my other patagonia jackets and sweaters and needed a large in this. I could've worn the medium but it was pretty snug and sleeves were close on hitting my wrist and I dont have long arms. Definitely size up. However great quality and beautiful color!

            Comfy Cozy, Cozy Comfy

            • Familiarity: I gave it as a gift but have feedback to share
            • Fit: Runs small
            • Size Bought: Large

I bought this as a gift, something classic and cozy to curl up. Seems to run small, She is normally a medium but after trying it on a large fit her better. A must have for curling up next to a fire after a long ski day or night on the town.

            Two thumbs up

I own three of these tops. They are great to lounge around in, wear out hiking or sitting by the fire, super warm and all my friends want one or have them. My only issue is the length, I'm tall and wish the sleeves were a bit longer.

              Feelin' like a teddy bear.

              • Familiarity: I've used it several times
              • Fit: True to size
              • Size Bought: Medium

I've worn this a few times camping and at the crag. It is so incredibly soft and comfortable (I got the brown one, so I feel kinda like a teddy bear while wearing it). It's kept me warm and cozy, even in the wind. I'm 5'8", 125 lb and went with the medium. Fits great by itself or with layering.

              Unanswered Question

is this bandana blue color more of a royal blue/brighter or is it more of a navy blue/darker?

              Thanks!

I'm wondering whether I should size up or down; I am 5'9 and weigh 160 and usually wear a size 10. I normally don't like to have my jackets too tight and that is why I am torn between a medium or large

Aqua stone/Beryl Green Cross-Dye: Which color is the aqua stone -- the overall main color? -- and is the trim the Beryl Green Cross-dye or what? Please tell me which is which. Thanks

              Hey there,

So the "x-dye" denotation is referring to both dyes being mixed into the fabric. So the outcome of mixing Aqua Stone with Beryl Green is a lighter Beryl like you see here. The original Beryl looks like this:

              is this pullover lined?

Like Adora said, it is not lined. I agree with her comment it is incredibly cozy for that reason (not wind proof though). I've always wondered why with other fuzzy fleeces they line it (like the Patagonia Retro pieces) because I would rather have the fuzzy cozy material on the interior!

How purple is that color? It looks almost greyish. Thanks.

              Hey Julianne,

It's definitely purple, and is more muted than the sheen in our photos might suggest. It's kind of a 'heather', with some white flecks in the mix that lighten up the overall color. Hope that makes sense-- if not give me a call!
