Same as the Xina pants that match this. I have never had to squeeze into a medium in my life. There was zero give on this thing considering it is supposed to be stretchy...even the cuffs around my wrists were uncomfortable and not very stretchy. I would probably have to order an XL if the sizing is consistent which is just bizarre. I got the fleece pullover that matches these in a size medium and it had plenty of stretch and was a true medium...maybe even in between a medium and large! Disappointed to say the least and will probably not attempt to order another size.

Definitely size up if you want a baggier fit. Ended up going with my normal size (L) and its a touch tight, but I'm hoping as a base layer it will still get the job done. Otherwise, really love the look and feel. Seems to be quite warm, but haven't used on the mountain yet.
