Item - 5 stars, wrong photo depiction

Familiarity:
I've used it several times

First, I'm not sure why this in the Men's Balaclavas & Neck Gaiters category. it is clearly a women's item. It may work for a man, but definitely designed for women. I ordered the "camo print". What is seen on my screen is a lovely light olive, greige, and aqua blue camo pattern. Cute, right? That is not what I received. I received traditional camo colors - dark olive, tan, black, and brown. I looked at the company's website - it shows both the traditional camo and the camo with the aqua blue. I sent backcountry a head's up email about needing to change the picture to accurately depict the item, I got a "hey, thanks!" back and a week later the photo hasn't changed. I also emailed the company and have received no response. The thing about this experience, while it is not a great experience and this is a pricey item for what it is, it is a very useful, warm, and most effective item of this type. I live in a climate that can get very, very cold, but stays sunny (at high elevation). For dog walks, I can throw on a baseball cap (to shield the sun) and have this on and it fits up over my ears and stays put on the back of my head. I don't have a gaiter that does that - they stretch out and fall down. I haven't tried it for skiing yet, but I'm sure I will love it too. It is warm and soft on the inside. It truly is a useful item if you are someone who finds themselves outside regularly. I do wish Backcountry would've offered me a discount on the item I received as it is not pictured.
