Gorgeous colors!

One of my best purchases ever
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This blanket was bought with the intention of using it for camping, but it ended up on my sofa and is used nearly every day. It is so darn cozy and perfect in different temperatures. Many guests to my house end up curled up under it and gushing about how warm and comfortable it is. They find it hard to believe the blanket could be so warm because it is so lightweight. I know that when I finally take it camping with me it is going to be fantastic. Since purchasing, and loving, this blanket, I am now the owner of an Everywhere Mat, Everywhere Towel, and pillow. They got me hooked!

My FAVORITE Down Blanket!!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE my Rumpl Baja Fade Down Puffy Blanket!!! I live in the mountains in CO and I sleep under it every night in the snowy winters. So cozy and warm. Sometimes I put my other Rumpl blanket on top for extra insulation. Packs down nice and small so I can travel with it too! I never use my big down blanket filled with feathers anymore!!! So happy!!!!

A seriously good investment
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our Rumpl came the day I was leaving on an 8 hour train trip from Boston to Harrisburg, PA. I grabbed the blanket quickly before leaving and was SO happy to have it because the a/c was blasting the entire way! On my trip back, we had a 1.5 hour delay at Penn station which meant we weren't going to get in until 2:30pm. I was able to use the blanket to keep me warm and even figured out how to use a hair tie along with the case to make an eye mask since they never turned the lights out on the train. But honestly, the best part of all of this was that I was just traveling with a small carry on and a backpack and I was able to easily get the Rumpl back in its carry bag and clip it to my backpack for worry free travel.

Pretty, but Fragile
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really wanted to love this, it’s pretty, and it’s a down blanket . But, it’s pretty fragile, there are feathers coming out of the seams, loads of threads hanging, and if my cat walks over it, there will be plucks in the fabric. I don’t see how this could survive hiking, camping, or a picnic as advertised. It packs down as advertised.

Love the color and very warm! Make sure to wash and dry before using to get the most out of it.
This is my second purchase of the Baja Down (had an early version) and this version has more of a sheen to the color blend. One thing I learned from owning my first one and now this newer version is to get it the puffiest and warmest you need to wash and dry (in a dryer, medium setting, stopping and turning often to keep the feather from matting). This will give you the best use of your Rumpl. When I got my first one I thought this is not very good, but after the first washing and drying was loving it. This rule seemed to hold true for the newer version as well. Wish they would put this in comments for buyers to see.

Beautiful but Delicate
Durable is a false claim, as is “rip stop.” I love the blanket but I’d warn anyone that it is not pet paw/claw conducive. Within 30 seconds my small Boston Terrier inflicted a minor tear with two swipes of her claws. I quickly removed blanket from danger and ordered a variety of NoSo National Park patches. Luckily the pattern is very emblematic of Grand Prismatic at Yellowstone. So I applied the Yellowstone match to the tear and it looks great. I just think if your advertising video features outdoorsy living and a dog — this blanket wouldn’t survive two minutes against a twig, bushes, any kind of dog or cat sharing blanket time.

Amazing blanket
I absolutely love my Baja Fade down puffy. It's light, yet warm, and its gorgeous color makes me smile every time I use it. I use it everywhere—while working at my desk, reading on my couch, traveling, going to the beach in the winter, having picnics.
