Great phones with some really annoying Bluetooth features

I love these headphones and use them every day, but be warned that there are some nag features that you can't turn off that kind of ruin the whole experience. When the battery is low, the Bluetooth voice will repeatedly tell you so every couple minutes until the headphones die. This basically ruins the last half hour of listening. Worse than this, if you are paired to multiple devices (or even just one) and you step out of Bluetooth range, the headphones will beep at you every 30 seconds until you get back in range. I can't imagine who would want either of these features, but I hope they at least add a way disable this stuff in a future version.

Great!

Bought these after my older aftershokz got eaten by my dog... great sounds quality, awesome battery life.

Music and surroundings to my ears at once!

The device was recommended by a friend. Since acquiring, it has performed flawlessly! I am always aware of my surroundings while using the phone or music, podcast and calls. The only drawback is, the open move only comes in one size and it's not available in the compact version.

An anti-headphone user has been converted

I’ve never liked running with headphones or walking with them either. I need to be aware of my surroundings. With these I know what’s going on around me but I’m finally able to run with music. I’m so excited! I’ve even started listening to audiobooks while walking the dog. My husband has a been a devoted headphone user for years and he liked mine so much he bought his own pair. I also recently invested in a pair for my 8 year old for flights as her other ones either fall out or are too bulky to travel with. We all love ours!

So far so good

While I'm always going to love most of what Shokz products offer, I'm still unable to get my Openmove earphones to get recognized by my laptop, even though the Bluetooth is fine on both the earphones and my laptop.

Battery died

Really very disappointed. In mid-2023 I bought my first open moves and after 3 months they started to fail, I think because of perspiration, but the thing is that in the end they died and the battery didn't charge anymore. At the time of requesting the change I could not find the invoice and therefore by the end of the year I decided to buy the current ones, until yesterday everything was ok, again a long training session, perspiration and again they are dead, luckily I have the invoice for he claims but it is very sad to go through this situation again

Great Product but Bad Comfort

Good product and good sound quality but I thought the comfort level would be higher. I feel like I am always adjusting them in some way. The buttons are good for what they are. Just wish I would have spent the extra to get the better and newer style.

In order to hear at

In order to hear at a basic level you have to put the volume up to a degree that causes pain. They only work well is a quiet room.

Awesome for Running!

I got a pair of Shokz after having them recommended for me for safer running. I’m a young woman who runs outside, so situational awareness is super important to me. I love how I can still hear out of my ears while listening to music while I run! They are super comfortable. After wearing AirPods for a few hours, my ears start to ache. My Shokz have eliminated this problem for me! Additionally, I’ve used them for phone calls and the mic quality is great! The only complaint I have is that sometimes it’s difficult to connect my Shokz to another device without disabling Bluetooth on what it was previously connected to, but that might be an issue on my end.

Comfortable and great for running

The Shokz OpenMove are great for listening to podcast while running. They are very comfortable compared to earbuds that go in your ear. They work great with my glasses frame and stay snug -I almost don't know they are there except for the clear sound.
