Why We Like The Snow Peak Titanium Fork and Spoon Set

Titanium is super strong and super lightweight, making the Snow Peak Titanium Fork and Spoon Set the ultimate for camping, hiking, backpacking, and any activity for which we pack your own utensils. Spend your money

Familiarity:
I've put it through the wringer

These are sweet. One of those products I what to buy more of and have many sets just to have. But as a somewhat reasonable person I just bought one. A man can dream....a man can dream.

probably best titanium silverware

Familiarity:
I've used it once or twice and have initial impressions

Although I bought them, maybe 2 years ago, and haven't used them much, I also bought the MSR titanium set at the same time. Nearly identical. MSR was very slightly larger(you'd have to look closely), but noticeably flimsier- thinner and flexed more easily. Fit and finish on the snow peak is clear. The handle portion of this silverware is just a tad shorter than I would like, but the rest of the design is spot on. When looking to eat on the trails, fork and spoon are not easily created. These are hypoallergenic, being titanium, won't melt while near an open camp fire, and incredibly light, like you're not holding anything. The shape and curvature of the scoop of the spoon and prongs of the fork make them useful tools(scraping and stabbing) beyond dining, not that I would suggest that unless in a real pinch. And a definite must have in a go bag. A spork is not good at stabbing nor scooping, better off having a set and with this set, you won't notice any extra weight, if there is any.
