Design flaw
This bag has some good qualities. It’s comfortable to wear, has plenty of space, and is thoughtful with pockets and space utilization. However, its massive design flaw is that when you place it on the ground, it cannot sit upright without being propped up against something (and even then needs a steep angle to hold itself up. When placed on the ground without support, it rolls forward onto the front part of the bag (shoulder straps up) and lays there like a toddler throwing a tantrum. This makes retrieving anything from it when it’s on the ground properly frustrating. Avoid this bag if you want a bag that can sit upright when you aren’t holding it in place.

Exactly what it says it was
I bought this bag for a combination of travel and work. It’s perfect for both. I love that my Yeti water bottle fits on the side and has a strap to secure it. All the pockets are as advertised and I’m impressed how much I can fit in it. When it’s packed as heavy as possible it still doesn’t strain my shoulders. I wasn’t sure about the colour but am super happy I picked the blue, as it’s still professional for work settings but a bit nicer than standard black. Great purchase.

Great backpack for traveling
I’m been using this backpack for 2 years. A great bag to pair with a duffle bag. Went around Europe with this and also use it for business travel! Love the design and pockets.

Great backpack!
I am very happy with the backpack. All pockets are well positioned. Using this for business travel and although I have not had much chances to use it extensively, I feel the construction and material will make it a long lasting piece of equipment.
