Unbelievable!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This boot is amazing. We have purchased the same design and color since my grandson was a year old. He will not wear any other shoe. Whether it is playing outside or doing a holiday concert at school, he insists on wearing his brown Timberland boots. Luckily, I am able to purchase different styles for my other grandchildren. The design and comfort level of Timberland shoes are superb and are made to last.

Great shoe just one flaw
Bought these for my grandson! Love the shoe but the lace attachment on one of the shoes is not working and we are having a hard time getting a replacement. It doesn't stay tight. It slips. I think for the price of the shoe and the quality of Timberland products it shouldn't be a problem to get this small replacement. I'm not asking to replace the whole shoe just the lace attachment. But customer service was of no help. So the next question is would I recommend. I have to say no just to to this little issue but it really is big when the shoe comes lose every time it's worn.

Love them! I'm buying the next size up!
I searched a while for proper hiking boots for toddlers, and I ordered the size 9 of these for my 3.5 yrs old girl. At first, they were a bit stiff, and it was a bit hard to get her feet into them, but they did not hurt her feet, and once the leather became worn in (a couple of days later), she was running about in the yard in such a confident way that we knew this was the ticket! We have very uneven terrain on our land, and her ankles are snug and well supported in those boots. She runs in mud, water, and her feet stay dry. She calls them her big girls boots because they are real hiking boots like maman's and papa's. For her, it is really important! Looking forward seeing her using them in the trails! I'm ordering the next size up! Note: her feet are on the wider side, but the inside of the boot is roomy enough to accomodate that with thicker socks, and the real leather adapts.

Great shoes with great support for toddler
Bought these for our 2.5 year old. They provide great support and let her go anywhere in the mountains. The soles have great traction and the leather provides great protection. We all love them!

Perfect kids all weather boot!
I got these for my son for our winter vacation but also for use in the south where we live. With a little duct tape to hold the snow pants tight to the shoes and some wool socks he was toasty warm for hours of play in the snow. I got 2 sizes bigger because I knew I have to fit thick socks and other reviews said they were small. I could have gotten just size bigger.

My 3 year old son loves his new boots!
